After paying for tickets online at work, I had to pay an additional $8.78 for RX tickets because no other regular shows were showing at the time. I was told the seats vibrate and it was surround sound. (more intense than the regular shows). Unfortunately that was not the experience we got. Only a bigger screen, which is what I was told by an associate.
Also being charged $13.99 for an old fashion when the board says $12. The bartender said it was an outdated board and it was from 2025. For my understanding is why was it still posted and giving out false advertisement.
The movie was great but getting charge extra for these things was very disappointing and will make me think twice about visiting again. Called customer service and no one picked up.

Tesla charging stalls are constantly blocked by non-EVs. Regal and the Security company that patrols this lot do nothing about it. No signs, no enforcement whatsoever. These aren’t regular parking spaces, they’re for charging. I pulled up expecting to be able to charge my car because the Tesla app said 21/24 stalls were available. When I got there there were actually only 4 spaces available because of all the people who were blocking access to the chargers. That’s like being parked at a gas pump and not getting gas, going to watch a 2 hour movie while blocking a charging stall is crazy. Local Police don’t care. Just asked “so there are NO spaces for you to charge? Not even one?” Why agree to let Tesla have 24 spaces if you don’t care to enforce the fact that they’re strictly for charging?

came here with high expectations. checking in was smooth until i came down the hall to theater 17 and decided to stop at the bar to get a lemon drop. the black lady behind the bar greeting us and we started to order. she then tells us the price which i immediately pulled my phone out and pay. while i’m paying i say to my husband “ that’s a arm a leg and a side piece but i know it’s going to be good so it’s worth it” she then said well it’s $12.00 a drink standard price. and pulls out the menu and pointed at the price(i’ve already paid btw) i then say well yea that’s here ofc it’s going to be a little pricey but once again it’s going to be good so im not worried. she walks away and starts aggressively slamming freezer doors and just being rude for a simple conversation that i was having with my husband. before we left i said “i wasn’t saying anything negative just simply conversing no need to have a attitude” she said “lady you have your drink now leave” i just said to have a great night. if you dislike your job please don’t apply to be there. regardless if your having a bad day it should be no reason to take it out on customers. thats nothing you can control so why let it ruin your mood?? anyways the drink was good which is why i payed for it but the service was so badddd
