My primary care doctor is located in this neighborhood, which I find convenient because there are several shops and cafes within walking distance that I can visit before or after my appointments. However, I wish the parking situation were less cramped; given the high volume of visitors and patients in this area, the parking lot is consistently overcrowded, making it somewhat challenging to find a spot quickly.
