I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Ellie for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She made the entire experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly stood out.

Honestly, it was very nice except never enough towels and wash cloths (we had a room for 6 and you gave us 4 of everything).
And breakfast!?!? You were out of nearly everything with an hour left. 20 min in to sitting there, still out of most everything. And it wasn’t busy… but the elevator encouraged us to eat the “specially curated breakfast”. lol do better.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt in Green Hills! The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. The location is ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, and only a short drive from downtown Nashville. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
