Okay this review is from 2 years ago, but I was so upset that I did nothing...I hope they changed management because the individual that had my computer was the worst. I took my computer to have the hinge fix. I gave him the outter skin, the hinges, and a few more parts that I didn't need because the computer only had a broken hinge. It took me 2 months to get a computer back. I say that because I had an over 4 thousand dollar computer with touch screen, 1 terabyte of storage on my HP computer. When I received the computer back the touchscreen no longer functioned, there was and is glue on the screen that he blamed a student for. The computer ran slow, when I attempted to update the computer it stated that components were missing from the computer. This computer was the last computer that I found that had a DVD/CD drive with burning capabilities and lightscribe. They completely ruined my computer and they had no business taking my entire computer apart. It only needed 1 hinge. I should have known when I noticed multiple individuals coming back in with complaints. Don't trust the Highly-Melanated individual with the thick glasses. I just saved you a life lesson. I tried to support and I got messed over. I thought a place on Jefferson Street was the place for me, but no. This is a disrespect to respectable establishments. Go anywhere but here! You have been warned. My apologies that I took so long, I was infuriated and didn't want my reaction to ruin my career. This is my best choice of action at this point.

Great great great store. The owner is the coolest and the store is awesome. Haven't had to repair anything cause I'm a technician myself but when I need a part or cable or whatever I give em call and I always get a yes, or a let me look and I'll call you back! Go here, do not go to a big box store.

Larry was great. My LG curved monitor stopped working and I brought it in for a diagnosis. Crew was very friendly and offered us bottles of water. They had a cool retro 90s vibe in there. Turns out my monitor's backlight is out and the cost of the parts to repair would exceed the value of replacement. When I went in to pick up the monitor, Larry generously refunded the cost of the diagnosis (without me asking). He explained it was so obvious the monitor wasn't going to work just by looking at it that there wasn't much to the diagnosis and he didn't feel it was appropriate to charge me for it. I appreciated his integrity. I needed a form completed to submit a claim for an extended warranty and he did this for me as well. Actually, he helped one of the younger guys there (seemed like a student) fill out the form -- seemed like Larry was mentoring the guy. It was nice to see and I got the sense that he's there for the community.
